Protected building Walter is part of a large revitalized area of a former industrial complex. It is a reconstruction of a building with one underground and six above-ground floors. The envelope and supporting system of the historic building were preserved in the original state and inside reconstructed for demanding medical centre with operating theatres and sophisticated technological equipment. The aim was to preserve the original character of the building and the valuable elements in the exterior and interior, as well as large window sets.
