The documentation was prepared by the team led by Dipl. Eng. Jaroslav Němeček of the design and construction consultancy firm Obermeyer Helika, who will subsequently supervise the construction work of the first stage. The designed Building C will meet Class A energy performance and its completion is scheduled in the third quarter of 2024. The architect of the building is ABM Architekti s.r.o.
“Kolbenova Park is an interesting project, and we are pleased to be part of it. Our Structural Analysis Division is also working on the project to obtain the building permit for the next stage – building B for ABM Architekti s.r.o. It is this cooperation that will ensure the conceptual continuity of individual stages of the project documentation in terms of structural analysis. An interesting engineering feature of the building that I would like to draw attention to is undoubtedly the application of anti-vibration measures to the junction between the basement and the above-ground part, which will protect the building against vibrations from the subway and the adjacent tram lines,“ said Jaroslav Němeček, the project manager of Obermeyer Helika.
The Kolbenova Park project also includes outdoor infrastructure, including the creation of new streets. Towards Kolbenova Street, a house will offer a commercial parterre with services, possibly a café and other shops. In addition to full public amenities and excellent transport accessibility, future residents will be able to enjoy nature that will literally be within easy reach. Inside the locality, there will be a park with water features, a central promenade and other varied elements for relaxation, sport, and entertainment.
