The new Gallery Šantovka II extension, which will include a range of new retail shops, services, F&B zones and additional parking, will be built on the site of the former industrial zone, covering an area of 23,000m2.
The new extension will span over the existing tramline and the Mlýnský potok stream, connecting with the existing building on the first and second floor levels to create one harmonious, yet separately functional, shopping centres. The building will have 80–100 commercial units, a theatre with a capacity of 500 seats and parking for 620 cars.
